Data we process
- Account data: email address, password authentication data, email-confirmation status, and acceptance of the Terms, Privacy Policy and payment-card notice.
- Room data: photos, videos, style choices, room wishes, budget information, and Roomify chat messages that you choose to provide.
- Service and security data: account status, voucher activity, security alerts, and technical session identifiers used to prevent misuse.
- Optional anonymous statistics: after you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner, Lumora may record an anonymous timestamp when an AI room idea is completed. It contains no room photo, name, email address, or account ID and is used only for the public seven-day idea count.
- Payment data: when payments are activated, Stripe processes payment details. Lumora does not receive or store full card numbers.
Why we use data
We use data to create requested room plans and AI previews, provide accounts and purchased credits, protect Lumora from fraud or abuse, answer support requests, and meet legal obligations. We only use public sharing of a Room Story when you give clear permission.
Service providers
Lumora uses Netlify for website hosting and server functions, Supabase for authentication and database services, and OpenAI for requested Roomify chat and AI image creation. Runway may be used for requested AI video creation. Stripe will process payments when payment features are activated. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services.
Cookies and local storage
Lumora currently does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. Necessary cookies and local storage help remember your language, security and sign-in state, requested package choices, cookie choice, and credits. You can choose “Necessary only” in the cookie banner or reopen Cookie settings in the website footer at any time.
Support and contact
For account, Gift Card, technical, cooperation, partnership, or contract requests, contact support@lumora-roomify.com. We aim to respond within seven calendar days.
Retention and deletion
We keep account and service data only for as long as needed to provide Lumora, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. You can permanently delete your account and associated Lumora data inside My account by confirming with your password. You may also request access, correction, restriction, or a copy of your data by contacting the controller at the address above.
Children and updates
Lumora is not intended for children under the minimum age required in their country to consent to online services. We may update this notice when Lumora changes; the date at the top will be updated.
