Data we process
- Account data: email address, password authentication data, and email-confirmation status.
- Room data: photos, videos, style choices, room wishes, budget information, and Roomify chat messages that you choose to provide.
- Service and security data: account status, voucher activity, security alerts, and technical session identifiers used to prevent misuse.
- Payment data: when payments are activated, Stripe processes payment details. Lumora does not store full card numbers.
Why we use data
We use data to create requested room plans and AI previews, provide accounts and purchased credits, protect Lumora from fraud or abuse, answer support requests, and meet legal obligations. We only use public sharing of a Room Story when you give clear permission.
Service providers
Lumora uses Netlify for website hosting and server functions, Supabase for authentication and database services, and OpenAI for requested Roomify chat and AI image creation. Runway may be used for requested AI video creation. Stripe will process payments when payment features are activated. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services.
Cookies and local storage
Lumora currently does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. Necessary cookies and local storage help remember your language, security and sign-in state, requested package choices, cookie choice, and credits. You can choose “Necessary only” in the cookie banner or reopen Cookie settings in the website footer at any time.
Support and contact
For account, Gift Card, technical, cooperation, partnership, or contract requests, contact support@lumora-roomify.com. We aim to respond within seven calendar days.
Retention and deletion
We keep account and service data only for as long as needed to provide Lumora, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data by contacting the controller at the address above.
Children and updates
Lumora is not intended for children under the minimum age required in their country to consent to online services. We may update this notice when Lumora changes; the date at the top will be updated.
